UFC welterweight Josh Koscheck (16-4) was last seen unleashing the most impressive performance of his career against Anthony Johnson at UFC 106. He executed a perfect game plan that enabled him to earn a 2nd Round rear-naked submission victory.
While Paul Daley torched the title hopes of Martin Kampmann with a first round technical knockout at UFC 103, Daley continued his explosive ways by putting Dustin Hazelett to sleep in the 1stRound of their UFC 108 scrap. The Brit owns an impressive (23-8-2) record, with 18 of his W’s coming via some sort of knockout.
Also on the bill is one of MMA’s most controversial figures, Kimbo Slice. Frank Mir (former Heavyweight Champion) has been on record to state that ‘every time Kimbo Slice fights, it sets (mma) back’. The 36 year old former street-fighter is an instantly recognizable figure, who generates huge interest, but his UFC career to date has failed to live up to the hype. Slice fights Matt Mitrione, a converted NFL linebacker, who was a fellow-contestant on the 10th season of the The Ultimate Street Fighter.
