The fiercest fighters in Ultimate Fighting Championship are ready to rumble inside the Octagon! Don’t miss the hard-hitting MMA action of UFC 70: Nations Collide at MEN Arena in Manchester, England.
Plus, mark your calendars for UFC 71: Liddell vs. Jackson on May 26th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas – featuring the heavily-anticipated UFC light heavyweight championship match between “The Iceman” Chuck Liddell and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson!
The show was originally slated to be UFC’s coming out party on HBO, but, with the two sides in decidedly opposite corners when it comes to packaging the telecasts, moving 70 to Spike made the most sense. It avoids a live PPV on a Saturday afternoon.
UFC 70 M.E.N Arena’s top five UFC facts:

own Michael Bisping.
3: Bisping (a.k.a The Count), who fights out of Liverpool, won last season’s hugely successful reality TV
show The Ultimate Fighter 3.
4: Ahead of the event, UFC President Dana White, said: “Manchester is the home of sporting legends so what
better to launch Ultimate Fighting in the UK.”
